Four Offices, One Standard, From Alaska to Panama
Get Americas is a boutique destination management company (DMC) headquartered in Miami, with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York. Whatever your group's gateway, in the USA, Canada, Los Cabos, Central America or the Caribbean, one of our four offices takes ownership of your program with the same rigor: a dedicated team backed by hand-picked local partners, vetted suppliers and a single person accountable, with the precision and discretion corporate buyers expect, from the first site inspection to the final airport transfer.
Talk to Your Local Get Americas TeamSince 2009
Get Americas opened its doors in Miami in 2009. From the very first groups, one rule took hold: a program isn't judged by the proposal you sent, but by what happens when the flight lands three hours late and the gala dinner starts in forty minutes.
Then our loyal clients drew the map. It was at their request that we went beyond the United States, into Canada, the Caribbean, Los Cabos and Central America. In every new territory, we started from scratch to find partners who meet our standards, never recycling an address book out of convenience.
Today, from our Miami headquarters and our offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York, we work with agencies, tour operators and companies from around the world. What they expect from us hasn't changed since 2009: someone who knows the ground, and 24/7 on-site support throughout the program.

The Track Record Behind It
One Standard, Not One Size
“One Get Americas standard” is not a slogan, it's an operating discipline. It plays out the same way wherever your group lands, from Alaska to Panama:
Local first
Every itinerary is built by the team that actually works the destination, never relayed from a head office that has never negotiated with its hotels.
Built to measure
No template library. Every program is meticulously designed for the group in front of us, down to the rooming list and the site inspection.
One point of contact
The person who qualified your brief stays reachable throughout the program, including the night before departure, when everything changes.
Committed to Responsible Travel
Responsible travel and reliable execution are not at odds, they go hand in hand, and group travel has an impact we won't pretend to ignore. Where we can reduce it without compromising the program, we do, starting with coordinated group transport instead of scattered transfers.
Your company has its own CSR criteria? Share them with your brief, and we'll build them into the program.

Local Teams, Real Contacts
Your project managers, each heading their own office. Their city is where they start, not where they stop: between them, they hold the know-how and the best addresses across the USA, Canada, the Caribbean, Los Cabos and Central America. They build the program alongside you, before any quote is drafted, and hand you a Get Americas proposal that truly fits you.

Behind Every Program
A brief comes in. They take it apart. They pitch ideas, scour the destination, find the spot no one knows yet. Then they move to the ground: guides, partners, suppliers, every detail tracked. Every day, they listen to your group and adjust. Nothing is left to chance.

Join the Team
We're hiring all year round. Project managers, guides, on-site staff, interns: if you love groups, thrive on the unexpected and want to build programs like no other, we'd love to meet you. Send your résumé and a few lines about yourself to info@getamericas.com, with "Careers" in the subject line.
No Brief Too Bold, No Program Too Big
There's no such thing as too ambitious, only the program we haven't built yet.

Twenty Years in the Field
Stephan Cygler is of French origin and holds a PhD in economics from the Sorbonne. Right after his studies, he founded and ran a children's entertainment and live show company across France for twenty years, where he learned what no school teaches: how to lead a team on the ground, on the day, when a schedule falls apart in front of a live audience.
Incentive Programs at Blue-Chip Level
He then created an incentive agency in France, designing corporate days, evenings and weekends for clients such as Coca-Cola, Microsoft and McKinsey, accounts that would never accept a second-rate program.
Get Americas, Since 2009
In 2009, he moved to Florida and founded Get Americas, bringing his two careers together into one: the operational discipline of live entertainment and the corporate rigor of incentive travel. When loyal clients asked him to take their groups further, he followed them, into Canada, the Caribbean, Los Cabos and Central America.
Three careers later, Stephan has brought these experiences together into a single discipline: organizational expertise shaped by the French art of hospitality and art de vivre. The more ambitious a request, the more he wants to be the one who delivers it, and he still personally reads every brief before it reaches the team, not as a process, but because it's the part of the job he has never wanted to let go of.
Trusted and Accredited
Working with Get Americas means working with a receptive agency held to real industry standards, vetted, licensed and insured, not just commercial promises.

IATAN: accredited travel agency, recognized industry-wide for financial standing and professional conduct.

Since 2009, my teams and I have taken your groups and your most discerning clients all the way to the destinations they dream of. A California desert, a Los Cabos beach, an Alaska glacier: an incentive for the whole team or a bespoke journey for a single family, always built around your brief. And if they want to get close to the Moon, we'll find the way there too.
