Itinerary Design & Farm Visit Coordination
We build your itinerary around your delegation's commodity and objectives, and, on request, arrange additional visits to the farms, cooperatives, and processing facilities that define that supply chain.
Agricultural trip programs a year, from 10 to 35 pax, across the USA & Canada.
Agricultural Study Tours Built Around Your Supply Chain An agricultural trip is only as good as the farms it opens. Every Get Americas program starts with your crop, your commodity and the questions your delegation brings from home. Whether your group arranges its own farm visits or asks us to secure some through our local partners, we build the trip around your priorities, from the grain fields of the Corn Belt to the dairy and produce operations of California's Central Valley.
Farm schedules follow the weather and the harvest, not the calendar, so our team adapts on the ground. We handle transfers and every detail in between, and work under your brand or your agency's, so your delegation can keep its attention on the field.
We build your itinerary around your delegation's commodity and objectives, and, on request, arrange additional visits to the farms, cooperatives, and processing facilities that define that supply chain.
On request, our local partners line up growers, cooperative managers and agronomists who work the land day to day, not only those used to hosting visitors. We confirm each visit in advance.
Farm schedules move with the weather and the harvest. Our team adjusts transfers and visit times on the ground, so your delegation reaches each farm focused and on time.
The best conversations happen after the boots come off, over a producer's table or a barrel tasting. We build these moments into the program, so your delegation leaves with relationships in the region, not just notes from a tour.
Every program includes a backup plan for weather delays and shifting harvest windows, plus round-the-clock support on site. A change in the field never becomes a problem for your delegation.
We track every cost day by day, and deliver a full report once the trip wraps, giving your agency clear numbers to share with the client who commissioned the program.
From the corn and soybean fields of Iowa to California's Central Valley and the grain markets of Chicago, these are the regions our agricultural delegations choose most, each one matched to your crop and your questions.
We also design agricultural trips in other farming regions of the USA and Canada. Working on a specific crop, commodity or benchmark? Tell us, and we will find the region that answers it.

The board of directors of an agricultural cooperative in southern France asked Get Americas to design a board trip across two regions, the Midwest and California, for forty-five members and spouses, split evenly between professional content and leisure. The program combined sessions in Chicago, visits to seed manufacturers and working farms around Des Moines, and California wine estates to close the professional thread, with enough shared free time for a group traveling mostly as couples. The brief called for four-star hotels throughout, and a program that read as one trip, not two regions stitched together. September 2023.
“Our board came back talking about Chicago and the Iowa farms in the same breath as the California wineries, that's exactly the balance we asked for. Get Americas turned a professional agenda into a trip our members are still telling their neighbors about.” – Board Member, Agricultural Cooperative, Southern France
Three regions, three production chains: corn, seed and hogs in Iowa, dairy and produce in the Central Valley, and the technology behind the vine in Napa Valley. Click a photo to discover each concept, then tell us your crop, dates and group size, and we will adapt it to your delegation.

The cooperative that sends a delegation into the field often needs more: a board trip, a reward for its best members, a learning expedition into food tech. Get Americas also designs incentive travel, corporate travel for meetings and conferences, celebratory events, learning expeditions for professional development, and medical congress travel for healthcare and life sciences delegations. Specialized group travel since 2009, from Alaska to Panama.
From Iowa's cornfields to Napa's vineyards and the farmlands of Canada, we'll take your delegation wherever the answers grow. Tell us your crop and your questions, and we will build the trip around them.
