Match Access Through Trusted Partners
We secured each group's match tickets through trusted ticketing partners, from the group stage through the final at MetLife Stadium.

When the Club World Cup came to the USA for the first time in summer 2025, Get Americas was already in position, coordinating groups across eleven host cities and twelve stadiums over a month of back-to-back match days. Among the delegations we managed: 150 Espérance de Tunis supporters on a 15-day circuit through several U.S. states, and 230 Paris Saint-Germain fans based in New York for the semifinals and the final.
The Club World Cup 2025 was exactly what Get Americas is built for: a nationwide, multi-city tournament, managed from start to finish.
We secured each group's match tickets through trusted ticketing partners, from the group stage through the final at MetLife Stadium.
We booked rooms close to stadiums and team hotels across the tournament's footprint, from Miami to the New York area, sized for groups and corporate delegations.
Our teams handled airport transfers, hotel shuttles, and match day coordination: every move, in every city, on every group's itinerary.
Our teams were at every match and in every host city, adjusting in real time when schedules shifted, because on match day there's no margin for error.
We built each group's program around the clubs and cities on its radar, from a single match weekend to a multi-city run through the tournament.
Beyond match day, our team made sure every delegation experienced the host city: the right restaurants, the hidden spots, the things that don't make it into any guidebook.
A month on the road across eleven cities and twelve stadiums, in the full heat of the U.S. summer: every group we managed arrived on time, slept well, got to their match, and left with a story worth telling. That's what Get Americas delivered at the 2025 Club World Cup, from the opening matches to the final at MetLife Stadium.

230 Paris Saint-Germain supporters were due to land in New York on ten separate flights for the final phase of the Club World Cup, July 8 to 13, 2025. Every flight needed an airport pickup, spread across New York's different airports and coordinated into a single flow across several groups. The groups needed dedicated transfers by minibus and motorcoach to their Manhattan hotels, with assistance at check-in. A visit to Madison Square Garden and a city tour had yet to be scheduled, and both match days required full coordination across the groups. Right after the final, the groups needed direct transfers to New York's three airports for their flights home, all while traffic poured out of the stadium.

“"Hello Stephan, on behalf of the entire team, we'd like to thank you and your teams for all your hard work on this Club World Cup 2025. The operation went very well, and the participants were delighted with their stay and the solutions proposed! For our part, we were delighted to be able to count on you to prepare this trip. You were able to respond to our last-minute requests and be flexible, which was key to the organization of this trip. This promises great things in the future. See you soon."
A Tunisian agency entrusted us with 150 Espérance de Tunis supporters, split into three groups of 50, for 15 days. The circuit combined matches with a full tour of the East Coast: New York City, Philadelphia, Lancaster, Washington, D.C., Niagara Falls, and Boston. Three dedicated buses ran the same route in parallel.

“"Hello Stephan, for our tour with Espérance de Tunis supporters during the 2025 World Cup, your team did a remarkable job, perfectly meeting our client's needs. Thank you for everything! All the members of your team were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for anything better."
I was on the road for much of the tournament, moving between host cities with our teams. Running logistics across eleven cities and twelve stadiums for a month, in the middle of the U.S. summer, isn't something you improvise. It's the kind of operation that shows what a company is really made of. It's also where I built a working relationship with France's largest sport travel agency, a partnership we're still growing today. The Club World Cup 2025 crystallized what we had been building toward since I founded Get Americas in 2009. Everything we took from that tournament went into how we structured our operations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, played across 16 host cities in the United States, Canada, and Mexico: a bigger stage, and a stronger team.
