Match Access Through Trusted Partners
Each group's tickets for their matches were secured through trusted ticketing partners, so every delegation could focus on the game.

From June 11 to July 19, 2026, the United States, Canada and Mexico hosted the first World Cup played with forty eight teams, across sixteen host cities and one hundred and four matches, all the way to the final at MetLife Stadium. Get Americas was on the ground throughout the tournament, managing the trip for twenty six corporate groups and delegations, from eight to fifty two travelers each: French, Argentine, Brazilian, Colombian, Dutch, German, Norwegian, Scottish, Australian, Tunisian, Moroccan, Japanese and Indian. Most stayed three to four nights — round-trip transfers, stadium logistics, guided city visits in their own language, and a full program built around the tournament.
The World Cup 2026 was exactly what Get Americas is built for: a three-country, sixteen-city tournament, managed from start to finish.
Each group's tickets for their matches were secured through trusted ticketing partners, so every delegation could focus on the game.
Our team secured rooms close to stadiums and city centers in every host city on each group's schedule, sized for groups and corporate delegations.
Our team moved every group between airports, hotels and stadiums, coordinating transfers city by city to keep delegations on time for the first whistle.
Our teams were present in every host city where our groups traveled, adjusting in real time when schedules shifted — because on match day, there is no margin for error.
Our team built each group's program around the teams and cities on their radar, from a single match weekend to a multi city run through the tournament.
Beyond match day, our team made sure every delegation experienced the host city — the right restaurants, the hidden spots, the things that don't make it into any guidebook.
Thirty nine days, three countries, sixteen host cities, the full heat of a North American summer — and every group we managed arrived on time, slept well, got to their match, and left with a story worth telling. That is what Get Americas delivered at the World Cup 2026, from the opening matches to the final at MetLife Stadium.

An Indian sports hospitality and ticketing agency trusted Get Americas with a group of ten travelers for a World Cup 2026 match at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, while handling the match tickets on their own side. Everything else, Get Americas built around the group's own tastes: airport, hotel and stadium transfers, four nights in a four or five-star hotel with single occupancy rooms, meals centered on Indian cuisine at every stop, a fine dining dinner and a dedicated shopping outing.

“A Sport Travel Agency based in Bangalore, India, brought a group of top managers from an Indian technology company to Atlanta for the round of sixteen match between Argentina and Egypt. After the stay, Haricharan wrote:
Hello Stephan, the clients really enjoyed both the lunch and the city tour. Thank you both for helping us accommodate the guests' last minute requests, it was truly appreciated. See you soon.
A Japanese sport travel agency brought a group of twenty to twenty five travelers to Dallas for two matches involving Japan, Netherlands against Japan and Japan against Sweden, each built around three days on the ground. Get Americas arranged bus transportation for the group, covering airport, hotel and stadium transfers for both stays, together with a Japanese-speaking assistant to accompany the group throughout each period.

“Get Americas arranged the full program for 20 to 25 Japanese travelers in Dallas across two matches — Netherlands vs. Japan, then Japan vs. Sweden. At the end of the stay, Taisei, the agency's project manager, wrote:
Thank you for your kind message! Everything went very well for us, too. Thanks to your Japanese guide, Nina, the group had a wonderful time and everyone really enjoyed themselves! Special thanks to the coordinators at Get Americas for effectively handling last-minute changes without disrupting our group.
Everything we learned managing groups through the Club World Cup 2025 carried straight into the World Cup 2026, a year later. Running groups across sixteen host cities and three countries for thirty nine days, in the middle of the North American summer, is not something you improvise, and it is exactly the kind of event that tells you what a company is really made of. Every day, we adjusted to changes from our clients — shifts in schedules, activities and visits — and to everything the tournament brought with it. The hardest part was that it never slowed down, a real marathon that reached its peak when six matches were played in a single day, during the third round of the group stage. Since founding Get Americas in 2009, I have believed our teams can carry a large, multi-city event without missing a beat. The World Cup 2026 confirmed it — everything we have built since then is what let us answer every shift, every obstacle our clients faced. Everything we learned is already built into how we are preparing for the LA 2028 Olympic Games and the Rugby World Cup 2031.
