Long before opening ceremony, Get Americas is already shaping the trip: hotels, transportation, itineraries and ground support for your delegations, incentive groups or MICE clients.
LA2028 spreads across dozens of existing venues, from Downtown LA to Long Beach, Pasadena to Inglewood. Get Americas secures the right rooms for groups of every size.
An Olympic Games spread across a region this large takes real local knowledge to move a group smoothly between venues and hotels. Get Americas plans every transfer.
Beyond moving a group across the city, Get Americas shapes the moments around the Games: private transfers, curated gatherings and the attention to detail that makes a trip memorable.
A national delegation, a corporate incentive trip or a MICE program, no two groups travel the same way. Get Americas builds every itinerary around your group's schedule and pace.
A dedicated Get Americas contact stays with every group throughout the Games, ready to solve whatever comes up, so your team can focus on the athletes and guests.
Los Angeles 2028 is not just an Olympic Games — it is the most ambitious sporting calendar ever assembled on American soil. From the Olympic Games opening on July 14 to the Paralympic closing on August 27, your group has the opportunity to experience history in the making across 18 host cities. The sooner you build your itinerary, the stronger your position on hotels, tickets and transportation. Get Americas starts planning LA2028 programs now.

Los Angeles hosted the Olympic Games in 1932 and 1984. In 2028, it becomes a three time Olympic host, and for the first time, a Paralympic host as well. More than 15,000 athletes are expected across both Games, competing in more than 40 sports and roughly 800 events, hosted almost entirely in existing, world class venues rather than new construction. Cricket and baseball each return to the Olympic program for LA2028, alongside newly added sports, a first for a generation of fans across several of Get Americas' key markets. It is a genuine milestone for the city, and Get Americas intends to be ready for it.
Los Angeles does not stop at the stadium gates. Between competitions, your group discovers one of the most varied cities in the world — and a region that stretches from the Pacific to the desert. Get Americas designs every extension to fit your group's pace: a day on Catalina Island, a road trip to Las Vegas, a long weekend in San Francisco. The Games are the anchor. The experience is the full journey.

LA2028 is the most geographically distributed Olympic Games in history, with 18 host cities spread across the United States. For a MICE buyer or a sports travel agency, this is both the opportunity and the logistical challenge. Get Americas has local teams and destination knowledge across every zone — from Greater Los Angeles to New York, from San Diego to Nashville — so your group moves smoothly wherever the program takes them.
Los Angeles, Inglewood, Carson, Long Beach, Pasadena, Arcadia, Anaheim, Pomona, City of Industry, South El Monte, San Clemente.
Oklahoma City OK, San Diego CA, San Jose CA, New York NY, Columbus OH, Nashville TN, St. Louis MO.
An LA2028 program with Get Americas starts as a conversation, not a shopping cart. A sports travel agency or MICE buyer sends its brief or RFP to la2028@getamericas.com, with group size, target dates, sessions of interest and any destination to include, from Catalina Island to San Francisco. Our Los Angeles team returns a detailed proposal covering accommodations, transportation, on the ground logistics and payment terms built for that group. Nothing is quoted online, every figure reflects the group in front of us.
Once a proposal is approved, a deposit secures the program and the balance follows the schedule agreed in writing, with cancellation conditions set out the same way before any deposit is requested. Our team stays engaged through departure and on site.
